
Rehrig Pacific Submits Itself to Customer Scrutiny
LOS ANGELES, CA -- April 25, 2007 - In a recent independent third-party study, Rehrig Pacific's (www.rehrigpacific.com) Environmental Group (manufacturer of carts, bins and recycling containers) received a products/service Customer Loyalty Ranking of 8.6 - very close to the highest levels of a 9 ranking.
The report shared how end-users viewed Rehrig Pacific in comparison to other suppliers. All suppliers except one were shown to be above average by end-users, however Rehrig Pacific was ranked highest in three out of three categories: Product Warranties, Customer Service, and Ruggedness/Durability of Products.
