management expressly prohibits the dismantling of exhibits
prior to 4:00 pm on Friday, December 2, 2005.
Table-Top
Display Space Rental and Setup
Table-top exhibit spaces are available in 6-foot sections
at $425.00 each.
Each table-top
rental includes:
- One (1)
6-foot draped table and one (1) side chair
- A post-event
list of all conference attendees
- One (1)
ticket to the hosted luncheon scheduled for Friday,
December 2
- Admission
a the morning coffee break and afternoon mixer
Table space
will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
All table-top personnel must register in order to receive
a name badge and conference information.
The full
table-top rental fee must accompany the contract if
submitted to Forester Communications after October 1,
2005. Prior to October 1, 2005, vendors will be provided
with an invoice payable net 30 days from the acceptance
date on the contract.

will contain order forms for additional services and
equipment needs, freight and storage information, labor
rates, and payment terms and conditions.
