StormCon Workshops Bay Area is seeking tabletop exhibitors for its full-day conference on May 2, 2008. This highly focused educational forum is designed specifically for surface-water-quality professionals in need of the products, services, and information you have to offer. Every attendee will be a viable sales prospect and all three workshops will be absolutely relevant to attendees' professional activities and communities' water-quality concerns.

Thursday, May 1, 2008: Setup

6:00 pm  - 9:00 pm

Friday, May 2, 2008: Exhibit Hours

8:00 am  - 3:30 pm

Friday, May 2, 2008: Dismantle

3:30 pm  - 5:00 pm

Show management expressly prohibits the dismantling of exhibits prior to 3:30 p.m. on Friday, May 2, 2008.

Table-Top Display Space Rental and Setup
Table top exhibit spaces are available in 6-foot spaces at $525.00 each.

Each table top rental includes:
One (1) 6-foot draped table and one (1) side chair
A post-event list of all conference attendees
Admission for two representatives to the hosted luncheon scheduled for Friday, May 2
Admission to the morning coffee break and afternoon mixer

Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. All table top personnel must register in order to receive a name badge and conference information.

The full table top rental fee must accompany the contract if submitted to Forester Communications after March 1, 2008. Prior to March 1, 2008 vendors will be provided with an invoice payable net 30 days from the acceptance date on the contract.
