Residents reported their pond suddenly turned a bright shade of turquoise. When we investigated, we found out that an apartment complex maintenance crew upstream had decided to use a little (!) aquashade to brighten up their pond. Unbeknownst to them, the pond is connected to the MS4 the aquashade spread almost a mile downstream.
